Modern Facilities

INDO-MIM ASG is situated in two nearby locations. In total we have 62K sq. ft of precision machining area, and a 14K sq. ft special process plant. Our newest addition is a 48K sq.ft facility inaugurated in Dec 2019. All precision machining units and quality stations are climate controlled and epoxy floored. In addition, Indo-MIM is committed to the highest levels of ROHS compliance.

Machine Shop

Our machine shop has over 65 machine tools, spanning simple 3 axis lathes and mills to 5 axis milling, 7 & 9 axis turn mills. In our dedicated NPI/FAI cells, we can efficiently load development parts, not disturbing the production machines in progress.

Indo-MIM’s expertise is in cutting hard metals cost effectively. We are able to hold a .0002” tolerance on our current machines. We finish parts using machine and hand de-burring, often aided by microscope.

We carry six months of raw materials and 4-6 weeks of finished goods for our customers. We ensure the integrity of our traceability standard using color coded raw material sorting, and digital checks on material composition using a Video Spectrometer.

We also hold the most stringent quality standards in the industry, with over 30 quality personnel to administer and supervise this level of scrutiny. Our quality room has 5 CMM’s in addition to standard gauges and instruments.
