INDO-MIM Corporate Social responsibility spend originates from the founder’s vision and commitment to enhance the quality of life of the communities.  Our focus lies in creating value for society and is guided by our strong belief and sustained action.

Our CSR initiatives are rooted in the understanding that businesses have a responsibility beyond profits. This is why we started our efforts on this front even before CSR became mandatory under the Companies Act. Our CSR programs are focused on promoting education, healthcare, conservation of environment, and promoting community development.

Outline of the CSR Process

The Company’s CSR Policy is in adherence to the provisions of Section 135 of the Act read with rules framed thereunder. Our CSR activities are focussed on Education, Healthcare including preventive healthcare, Rural Development.  Our CSR efforts are either done directly by the company or in collaboration with reliable NGOs who are working in the domain. We check the authenticity of the NGO and the programme before we decide to collaborate just to ensure that the money is really spent on a just cause.
