To cater the above mentioned requirements, our company is equipped with post -MIM process equipment’s. To name a few, we have world-class surface finishing processes such as Disc finishing, CFM, vibro finishing, bead blasting and magnetic deburring processes to give a uniform and smooth surface finish to our parts. Also, we adopt different surface treatments/coatings like passivation, electro plating, surface lubrication treatments based on the customer specific requirements. We have developed capabilities ranging from making individual parts to supplying sub-assemblies.

On the other hand when the customer drawing specification requires a stringent tolerance the parts are routed through machining operations such as turning,milling,honing,lapping and electro chemical machining etc. We are equipped with state of the art modern machining facilities which perform precision machining supported with standards room inspection equipments ,parts are delivered with no compromise in micron levels. Machine shops are equipped with SPC stations to monitor the live processes health on quality. Most machines are automated with robotics ,equipped with inprocess inspection equipment’s for closed loop machining and efficient operations. Each shop is equipped with system and process quality experts who monitor the ongoing process regularly and take corrective actions appropriately.

Most of the secondary operation equipments are general purpose which are flexible to adapt any part, be it machining centres, turning centres or rotary indexing type coining/reaming/tapping machines. These are built keeping in mind of high spindle accuracy, low indexing times, continuous operations without waiting for the part loading and unloading. These are the factors which are driving higher productivity and keeping our costs lower.

Finally, the parts undergo specific 100% inspection lines before getting packed and reaching to customer. This is being done to make sure that all the fit and function aspects are verified and achieving zero PPM at our customer place and in the field. We have high resolution optical measurement equipments automated with robotics to make the inspection lines deliver the correct parts not giving room for manual decision making errors.
